Due to COVID-19 we currently ship within selected countries in Europe (including the UK), the USA, Canada and Australia. 

Shipping may take longer than the provided shipping times per country.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place the order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.

Shipping Times

We aim to fulfill all orders within 1 working day. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment center, shipping is estimated as:


GERMANY: 4-6 Working Days

UNITED KINGDOM: 5-9 Working Days

REST OF EUROPE: 10-15 Working Days

USA: Standard Shipping: 2-5 Working Days, Express Shipping: 2 Working Days

Canada: 6-10 Working Days

Australia: 10-15 Working Days

Delivery timeframes do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

International Shipping

Not sure if we ship to your address? Just add your order to your cart and go through to the shipping page. If you don't see your country on the list, please contact us through our contact form and we'll do our best to get one in the post to you.

Customs Fees, Import Duties and/or Taxes

Customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes / duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 working day from the date of your order. Working days are Sunday to Friday and excluding bank holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the delivery method and of course the location to which the order is sent. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. We do provide free standard shipping for orders with a minimum order value. 

Providing Correct Shipping Information

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries because of address errors. Examples of this are: forgetting a house number, misspelling, putting information in the wrong box such as writing the street name in the 'city' box, etc. Orders which will have to be sent a second time because of these errors, the extra shipping cost will be paid by the customer. 



We want you to love The Adventure Book as much as we do. However, if you do need to return your order for whatever reason, you will need to:

  1. Notify us that you would like to return your journal through our contact form.
  2. Package your item securely to ensure the journal is returned in a good condition. Journals can only be returned if they are completely unused and without 'usage damages' (for instance: creases, cracked spine, rips, folds or stains)
  3. Return your journal to us within 14 days from the date you received it.
  4. Send us proof of shipping (shipping/postal receipt)
If the product is returned in good, unused condition, you will be refunded your entire order amount.

    *Please note that returns shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Received Damaged Order

    In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order through our contact form. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible, with a suitable solution (also taking return shipping costs into consideration).

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Note that we issue the refund when we’ve received your returned order. This can take up to 2 weeks, depending on where in the world you are located. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
